Full time Studio Manager
We’re looking for an organised, energetic and people-oriented Studio Manager to be at the heart of Pulse Studio. As one of the key faces of the studio, you’ll play an important role in creating the warm, welcoming and high-quality experience we want every client to feel from the moment they walk through our doors.
Hospitality is at the core of this role. You’ll make sure clients feel seen, supported and at home at Pulse, whether you’re welcoming someone for their very first class, helping with a booking or membership question, or simply making sure the studio atmosphere feels right throughout the day.
Alongside the client experience, you’ll take ownership of the daily operations of the studio. You’ll keep an eye on everything happening on the floor, make sure the spaces are clean, organised and ready for classes, solve practical issues as they arise, and coordinate with our instructors and wider team to keep the day running smoothly.
You’ll also be responsible for managing and scheduling our student staff during opening hours. This includes creating and maintaining their schedules, dividing responsibilities, providing clear direction and making sure the team knows what is expected during each shift. You’ll be their main point of contact on the studio floor and help build a reliable, engaged team that delivers the Pulse experience consistently.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, notices the small details and naturally connects with people. Someone who is comfortable switching between welcoming clients, coordinating a busy studio, supporting the team and solving unexpected problems. Student/ Flexi Studio Staff
We’re also adding enthusiastic, reliable and people-oriented Student Staff to support the daily operations of Pulse Studio. Working closely with our Studio Manager, you’ll help make sure the studio runs smoothly throughout the day while creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
As part of our Student Staff team, you’ll be one of the familiar faces our clients meet before and after their classes. You’ll welcome clients, help them find their way around the studio, answer basic questions and assist wherever needed to make their visit as easy and enjoyable as possible.
A big part of the role is supporting the Studio Manager with the day-to-day running of the studio. This can include preparing spaces for classes, keeping shared areas organised and presentable, checking that everything is stocked and ready, supporting instructors between classes and taking care of smaller operational tasks throughout your shift.
You’ll work according to clear responsibilities and procedures, but we’re looking for people who also take initiative. Someone who notices when something needs to be done, enjoys helping others and understands that the small details make a big difference to the overall studio experience.
This is a great position for a student who enjoys hospitality, fitness and working in a social environment, and who wants to become part of the team behind the everyday Pulse experience.
Marketing Intern
We’d love to welcome a creative, proactive and social media-minded Social Media & Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day marketing of Pulse Studio and help bring our brand, community and concepts to life across our digital channels.
Working closely with the founders and wider team, you’ll be involved in the daily execution of our social media and marketing activities. From creating and planning content to capturing what’s happening inside the studio, you’ll help make sure Pulse has a consistent, engaging and recognisable presence online.
A big part of the role will revolve around content creation and social media. You’ll help create Instagram and TikTok content, capture photos and short-form video around the studio, support shoots and events, write and prepare posts, and keep our content calendar organised. You’ll also help us showcase new concepts, instructors, community moments and everything happening behind the scenes at Pulse.
Beyond social media, you’ll support the broader marketing operations of the studio. This can include helping with newsletters and email campaigns, website updates, campaign launches, partnerships, events and other creative projects as Pulse continues to grow.
We’re looking for someone who has a strong feeling for content, branding and visual storytelling, understands what works on social media and is excited to turn ideas into actual content. You don’t need years of experience, but you should be curious, hands-on and eager to learn.
This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain real-world marketing experience within a growing fitness and lifestyle brand, with plenty of room to contribute ideas, create content and see the direct impact of their work.
HIIT/HYROX Instructor
As a HIIT or HYROX Instructor at Pulse, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-energy, structured and challenging group workouts that combine strength, conditioning and functional movement. You’ll guide clients through every part of the workout, demonstrate movements clearly, provide appropriate modifications and make sure everyone can train safely while still being challenged to push their limits.
But great coaching at Pulse goes beyond programming and technique. We’re looking for instructors who know how to lead a room. You’ll set the energy from the moment clients walk in, create an atmosphere that motivates people to work harder and make sure both experienced athletes and people taking their first Hybrid class feel equally welcome.
You’ll become part of a dedicated instructor team and commit to fixed weekly teaching blocks, allowing you to build a connection with the clients who return to your classes week after week.
We’re looking for people with a strong understanding of strength training, conditioning and functional movement, combined with a natural ability to motivate and connect with others. Previous coaching experience is a strong advantage, but personality, energy and the willingness to develop as a coach are just as important to us.

Comprehensive Pilates Instructor
We’re always on the lookout for more skilled, passionate and engaging Comprehensive Pilates Instructors to join our instructor team and help shape the Pilates experience at Pulse Studio.
Are you an Instructor with a recognised training or certification in Mat, Reformer and/or Chair Pilates, who combines a strong understanding of Pilates principles, movement and technique with a more contemporary approach to teaching? Do you care about form and quality, but also understand how to create a class that feels dynamic, challenging and relevant to a younger generation of clients? Don't hesitate to reach out.
At Pulse, Pilates is rooted in the foundations of the method, while being delivered through a modern and evolving studio concept. Our classes combine thoughtful programming, strong coaching, music and atmosphere to create an experience that feels distinctly different from a traditional Pilates environment. We’re therefore looking for instructors who connect with this vision and are excited to develop within it.
You’ll become part of a young and dynamic instructor team, with opportunities to teach across our different Pilates concepts depending on your qualifications and experience.
