Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions
How do I Book A class?
Booking a class is easy! Simply head to the bio of our Instagram profile, or a button on this website that is linked to our booking platform. Once you’ve made an account, you can go to the shop where you can purchase credits. In the schedule tab you can find all available classes to find a timeslot that works for you.
You can also book staight from the schedule tab! just click ‘Book’ and you will be redirected to immediate payout.
when is the Schedule update?
Our schedule will be updated every 2 weeks. So, around the 15th, the schedule of the first 2 weeks of the next month will be posted online.
what do I need to bring?
All you need is a water bottle, your favorite set of sports clothes, and sticky socks. Sticky socks are mandatory due to hygienic and safety reasons. You can bring your own, or buy them in the studio before your class. Make sure to arrive in time if you must buy your pair before the class!
What's the Cancellation policy?
You can cancel your class with a refund of your credit up to 24 hours before the session. When you decide to cancel less than 24 hours before the class, we won't be able to refund the credit as there is not enough time left for somebody else to book the open spot.
Are total beginners allowed?
Of course, our BASIC group sessions are designed to help you with your very first steps in your pilates journey! Everything will be explained clearly, so that even a total beginner can start and enjoy a first pilates class. More info in the 'GROUP' tab.
How does the BAR work?Â
There's an open bar in the lounge of the studio. This means that all clients can buy drinks from the refrigerator, or grab a cup of coffee, by scanning the QR code on top of the refrigerator to pay for what they get. We hope to create an open and trustworthy environment, where self-service can be honest without taking advantage of this freedom.
