Group classes

Group classes are the core of our schedule. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, our Reformer Pilates Group Classes at Pulse studio Leuven are available for all levels. Our instructors guide you through a low-impact, full-body 50 minutes class that strengthens, tones, and improves flexibility—using the versatile reformer machine.

BASIC

Beginner with intermediate options

This class is designed for all levels, with a particular focus on beginners. The exercises and the machine are still (quite) new to you, and the instructor will guide you through each exercise with detailed instructions. For those with some experience in Reformer Pilates, this class offers the perfect opportunity to refine foundational techniques while also exploring more intermediate options of the exercises. Whether you are just starting out or looking to improve your basic technique, this class meets you where you are.

Intermediate

Intermediate with advanced options

This class is intended for clients with the experience of 5 to 10 Reformer Pilates classes. You are familiar with the machine and the basic exercises, and you are ready to take your practice to the next level. The pace of this class is higher than the BASIC class and provides advanced options for those looking to deepen their practice and push their limits, while maintaining full control of both their body and the machine.

Gentle flow

Our new group class, “Gentle Flow”, offers a slower-paced workout with a classical approach to Reformer Pilates. The instructor will focus on traditional movements and provides variations on the classical sequence, while incorporating the music in a more soothing way. This class is perfect for beginners or those looking for a calm yet effective workout.
